once i managed to open it (after a signifact laps of time) i tend to keep the bottle opened regardless...
i use a can opener in place of the hammer, though...

its a little late for that don't you think,yes i turned it the right way...it just will not openI will wait on my brother to open it,i waited 6 months one time for him to show up to catch a lizard in my spare bedroom,i just shut the door...dum thing was still there 6 months later.

Then take a knife and cut all the way around the bottle and then pour it in something without a childproof cap.Problem solved.
