I've got that too and I'll talk to anyone - I think it's more that people expect some kind of personal confidence, in the confidant meaning of the word ... that you are conversing but not revealing much. I find that an odd one cos I am always honest and straight down the line but I just don't do personal drama stuff and I think that's what people want.
I went on a date with a guy who told me I'd be a good interrogator....
