One morning I went to a restaurant to drink some coffee. This coffee I drank was very strong and I a little more than three cups to drink. I was very wired on caffeine. I got in my car and drove away from the restaurant and A police officer pulled me over for whatever reason. The police officer talked to me and he thought I was on speed, then I explained to him I had coffee earlier. I still insisted that I was on speed. He searched my car and found nothing. He tore my glove department apart with all my important papers all over the car seat as he found no trace of drugs. He was the rudest cop I ever met. I was the one who had to clean the mess up in my car ( meaning all my papers and things all over the seat which the officer had left ). The officer left the scene as he never apologized.
Ever since then I have lost most of my respect to law enforcement. This was only bad experience because there was several others in which I cannot write about.

What you should do is file a complaint against the officer.....formally in writing .....so if others do the same - he'll be fired !

The officer had no rights to search your car w/o your consent and he was wrong to do so because he had no grounds.
Did he give you a citation for anything or did you think to ask for his badge # or information?
If so...I'd suggest filing a report on his conduct alone, that's ridiculous.
