Heartbreaking news about my lil dog Prince (179)

So sorry to hear about your lil buddy.Yes it is a very heartbreaking time.I've had other dogs and when I had to make that very difficult decision to put them to sleep it tore me up one side down the other.I knew I was losing my bestest friend and companion.
Prince is on meds now and seems to be doing somewhat better.It's day 4 and he's had no dizzy spells and falling down.He'll have to be on these meds for the reminder of his life.I didn't care about the cost of his vet bills cause I'd sold everything I own if that's what it would've taken just to give him a fighting chance.

I hope everything will be fine with him. I can imagine how you feel.
I have a 16 year old cat and he has heart problems really bad. He has to take medication for his heart every day and he hates it badly.
He is not a cat he is a family member
Just let us know what the vet will tell you.

Hi Ccincy 
I am so sad to hear your news and you are in my thoughts and prayers ....I dread my 2 getting old and maybe with ailments.
I think about it sometimes and I will make sure that my dogs have a good quality of Life as long as possible....
We will have to be very brave when the time comes to say Good-bye, But there has to be a closure of this beautiful friendship at sometime....
Can I just say Ccincy that you have taken a lot on , Taking an elderly dog with ailments.....
As I type tears are running down my face I have one Jack on my knee with his paws on my shoulders and the other is right by my side because they know mum is upset, and they come to comfort me ...
Now why cant some men have the same sensitivity...

I'm still not any better after losing my big Maine Coon in Dec.
Don't wanna go to bed at nite - knowing he won't be there with me.... Ahhhhhhh....sometimes life really stinks !

Todger don't cry cause the meds that Prince has been taking are finally begining to work and it's been 4 days since he's had any dizzy spells or falling down.Right now I don't want to feel sad I want to feel happy that he'll soon be better.I know he's old and came with aliments but todger I love him anyway.But you know what I doubt if I'd done things any differently then I did by adopting Prince.
I wouldn't do any less for a human being.
Now I'm going to cry.

Some people sometimes just don't want to understand of how us animal lovers feel about our 4 legged lil buddies who love us back without question.
Our pets don't complain if we come home late from work.
They don't judge us.
They give us their love unconditionally.Too too bad humans can't do that.

Ccincy: Had to take Prince to the vet early tonight cause he's been having dizzy spells.It seems he has a bad heart murmmer.The vet told me that Prince's heart rate was very fast.They also did a blood test on him as well and I should hear the results sometime in the morning.Oh man this whole thing is just heartbreaking.
Ohhhhhh, Ccindy, I'm sorry to hear this.
Please keep us posted; I'm sure he is in very good hands.

The past owner wanted to see Prince this past Sunday and I told him a big NO.After the way he treated Prince he didn't deserve to see him.
