I have a theory that forum posting is a lot of fun the first year or so,then most people simply begin to get bored,and start noticing all the negativity that didn't bother them in the beginning.I think this way because when I first joined 3 years ago,the regulars then were complaining things just weren't the same anymore,and were sad other's had left.I've seen this over and over since.
I don't understand why people must commit to leaving or staying.Why not post less often when you are not enjoying it here?Find other things to do,yes and in the world outside and save c.s. for when you really fancy it?
