What you say is true to an extent. I too prefer an older man (not too old). However, not every older man fits into the perceptions we have of them though. Older men, who have been married before and have had a family, are reluctant to go that route again. Moreover, not every older man is secure with himself, financially secure, and knows what he wants. Some are still "running around" because as another blogger said their afraid of the inevitable getting “old” so they feel that being with young women in a non committal way, may in some weird way prevent this.

yah believe me i have met a few guys like that and in my opinion most had more issues than anyone i ever met..not fun for sure.

mid life crisis?? some, for sure what we have to realize is that although it goes against what we want to believe, nothing is permanent in this world. This is a concept that is easier to get your head round when you are older, when I was young I thought things could last forever and that 20 yrs was a long time, not so, when you are looking back at it 20 yrs from when I was 30 has passed very quickly.
