mmmm

Have you tried standing on one leg, one hand in your front pocket, while dancing to "Skip To My Lue"? dunno

That should make for some interesting chicken! grin

Sounds good. But, I quit drinking 19 yrs. ago. Don't like to have anything to do with alcohol. I have the obsessive compulsive gene. So I'm afraid of recepies with alcohol in them.

Try my peanut chicken . Take a cut up frier and soak it overnight in salt water . Drain and pat dry the next day then in a large plastic freezer bag put chicken and shake and bake mix ( to follow ) and shake untill coated . Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour on a wire rack . . . . .. Shake mix : 1/3 peanuts, 1/3 yellow corn meal 1/3 crackers ( ritz, town house, store brand, etc ). Grind the peanuts and the crackers into a fine meal ( food prosser, blender, spice grinder, etc. ). mix it with the corn meal . You can make a large batch and keep it on hand when ever you need it . I think you will like this one . . . . . . .yay

I love to cook but sadly, I rarely measure so you will have to do this one to taste.

Orange, ginger teryiyaki...

Soy sauce, honey, orange juice, (squeezed from orange) ginger, (fresh is best) garlic, pinch of salt & pepper, pinch of chili powder.

You can use any cut of chicken, bone in or boneless breasts. Its best if you marinade overnight. For boneless I stir fry it, or bone-in I bake it.

Top with fresh green onion and toasted sesame seeds wine

I would immagine it would . I have only done it with peanuts, how ever almonds grow wild down here and I have been thinking of trying them . All I can say is try it and see . By the way if you make a large batch of shake mix it keeps a long time if stored in an airtight container . The other thing is it's a quick and easy one to make .

Boneless white chicken in a press grill is convenient and pretty good depending on how seasoned.
