In this day of cheaper air travel, and with the knowledge that we have exchanged many mails and telephone conversations, and it feels right, Then NO there is no limit. One could actually us the whole experience, travel, date etc as an adventure.
But in reality I think it would be limitd to Europe...........But who knows?

there are none and cannot be any limits on time or distance one thing and one thing only will determine the issue you and will it work when you get there but my only piece of advice is follow al the safety rules and in case it dont work have a open return ticket at the ready 
For me there are limits, I don't travel well and really would not want to be in a relationship where you could not see you partner at least weekly......
There are no limits for me either but if its outside greece i would prefer he makes the first trip to me.......and then if things look good we move from there............its a hard road thou ,distance.....am not talking from excperience but if someone is worth that distance i guess its all worthwhile......i think....lol
so for you all of europe is possible with cheap flights its as affordable to fly uk austria uk spain uk germany uk france uk holland for the cost of a decent meal out for two in the uk so you could see them each week there you are start invite those guys you like go for it
For me no, last year i left Malta and went to NewZealand just to stay with someone i like. But one must be carefull before taken a step like this.
