Snuggs has a drive-in story....

I was a senior in high school. I had a date with a guy who asked me to go to the movies.

The guy was a wrestler in high school and like Sandy in Grease, I thought we went there to watch the movie.

We kissed and that was enough for me cause I was a virgin.

Well, the wrestler thought he was going to change that and he got rough with me. I kept telling him no, no, no.

He took me home and when I walked into my house there was a guy there that my father worked with. I didn't know at the time that the guy, who was 12 years older than me) had a crush on me.

To make a long story short, I started going out with him and he told me that when I walked into the house that night he was upset because my lipstick was smeared.

Guess what........I married him four years later.

GACryptic: I know what a drive in theatre is simply because there has been one in my town for over 50 years. It will be here for a long time to come as far as I can tell too. We have one of the three left. I am not sure where the other two are, but I know that it was in the Atlanta Constitution Journal one year about these phenomenons.

If you have one where you are, does anyone know where the other one is?

Correction: There are three in Georgia. Here is the link.

Godsgift: I actually have the DVD of Grease and haven't watched it for years! Maybe tonight with surround sound and some chocolate and ice cream!

Oh man.......that's not nice devil to tantalize me with chocolate ice cream

I think I can watch it through ON DEMAND so maybe we'll have a party..........even though miles apart laugh but I'll be eating carrots and apples frustrated

Not all the drive in movies are gone. I love the one we have in our town. I also like the way that ponytails with bows are coming back in style. I don't think crenolyn skirts will ever come back, but our cheerleaders wear the saddle shoes. They have weights in them for better kickability.
