I like my nails medium, not short or long. I garden and type so it's the best for me.
Also, my Mom had long nails, and I hated how when she washed my
hair, her nails would dig in and hurt me. I'd tell her, you are
washing my hair too hard. But then another nail would get me.
I can understand men not wanting to get have nails hurt them also.
It's not unmanly to say you do not like it.
I'd rather a man tell me and I would trim them.

I don't use my fingernails to scrub my lady parts, I find a cotton wash cloth to be much more suitable...
