are you sure you have not been to keen or misread the signs shes been giving you this happened to me earlier this year i was with a girl then one day she didnt answer my calls or texts so when i confronted her she said that she had a boyfreind all along so be cautious and dont let her string you along

personally with the communication techonolgy of today, theres no reason they cannot call you to reschedule....or cancel.

I agree with Twinkle and LionHearted. I think you are getting the run around and should cut your loses. It is a sad situation. You probably feel like you should pin her down on this and see what is going on and why this is happening. I doubt it wll make things any better.
If I was you, I would tell her that you have plans. If she pressures you, tell her you just want to be friends and leave it at that. What she is doing is beyond rude. It is cold and insensitive. Really you do not need freinds like that. Save that sort of behavior for your enemies.
