you know what....if I met a guy that was older than I usually go for and I really liked him I would go for it....so I guess it's who you are attracted to physically and emotionally[/quote
when i was 26 i was dating a 43 year old..way before the cougar phenomenon take off!we went out for 3 years and i guarentee it was the best pyshical..fun and emotional relationship iv had till this day.
So never let the age gap bother you..if you found someone you connect with.but i guess some people might worry about what there family and fiends think to..cos i had a few raised eyebrows believe me,but it never bothered me.

redozichick: well they say it's because we are experienced and we can teach them stuff

I think there is more to it than just techniques. Young guys are often looking for the mother in the older woman. It is also true of younger women going after older guys. It comes down to psychology.

I feel more comfortable with people in their 30's - 40's. According to my ex it is because I am very immature :-) But I could not imagine going out with anyone who is (or looks) older than I. Maybe I should try :-) A friend of mine suggested I should go even for a fat 55 year old woman, they may make good companions. Hmmm... I'd probably rather stay single.

So, what age difference does the "older than I usually go for" mean? Two years?
