I asked Mr google there and most people are saying its the sugar content in them that can make ya feel unwell if you have too many of them, but hey you never know I suppose they are the same as most meds take with care

:thumbsup you can O.D. on nearly anything,once i O.DED.ON THE M 50 !look up the ingredients.....n look out for a "hangover" like headache later!
Dr_Hfuhruhurr: each strepsil as 100mg of vitamin c. i usually take 2000mg of vit c a day anyway so i say i'm ok there
Why take so much vit c everyday? totally unnecessary....n likely to lead to kidney stones! (ouch!)
