Still thinking about my tips for this week,, I have seen all the teams play either live or on tv and just a couple of games I am not too sure about,, Donegal are really shaping up as possible contenders for the big prize and looked good against tyrone, tell me do you think the tyrone players looked tired or past their best towards the end of your game against them?

It's the hearts of the stalwarts that's carrying Tyrone at this stage, but as a team, they are just a shadow of what we have been used to the last number of years.
I'm nothing if not honest
and much as I love my county, this isn't our year. Once we come up against a team that can shoot from distance, we're in trouble. We need to mix our game up a bit more to be real contendersunouwantme2: personally i wouldnt give donegal a hope of winnin the all ireland

I think the all Ireland is very open this year,, Cork, Kerry and Dublin are out in front but there are a few teams that could beat them on a day. Agree about Tyrone and have even set up a thread on hoganstand,, [great GAA site if you are interested ]to see what other people think,, most think that longford will give them a good game but Tyrones experience will pull them through,, I am thinking this could be their stand ,, or maybe this could be another tipperary tip for me.

I love the hoganstand, but usually just look at the Donegal part of it. I'll go have a nosy now. I thought long and hard about the Longford/Tyrone game, but like you, I reckon the experience will count for Tyrone. Should be an interesting weekend all round
