I have not had my fair share of them of late.................. 
The auld bike needs lubricating oil before i can take it for a ride now that there is a good stretch in the evenings

You know maybe you should consider putting a saddle on it...some very bumpy roads in your neck of the woods

I am getting a new saddle, it is called a simulating saddle
not to be confused with the new Raleigh stimulating one.......
