People often say when if they were Rich it would never change the way they are, I often wonder with a bank allowing you to do anything you desire, surely the number of people you can trust as your real friends must come into question!, I've never be in that situation but I should imagine it would make you happy but very weary I guess what's you views on this subject have you see things from both sides of the fence. Tricky topic too!!lol.
Money changes people. They can say that it won't change them, but it does. I have been on both sides of that coin and when you have, you spend on more expensive things(to show off that you can)..(it's different if you were raised with being frugality). I married into money and it did me no good. Too many things I was required to do and too many dressy social functions(almost daily) to attend. I am much happier just living a simpler lifestyle. I have what I need and save for what I want(which isn't much). My only serious want, costs no money. Life can be enjoyed without "money" being a major factor. JMO

I don't think I'll ever find out. I don't do the lottery either
A decent amount of cash would buy me the most valuable thing of all: time.
I wouldn't even need a million pounds. Far less than that would be fine for me.
For with enough money I could give up working for other people, which would give me an extra 40 to 50 hours per week of quality time.
Time to do what I really want to do.
We only have such a short time on this Earth. Time is evaporating all the time and before we know it we're dead or old and doddery.
Some of you may be thinking: "Hang-on. Love is more important than time." But with more time I'd be able to greatly increase my chances of finding love. True love. And a better chance of keeping it if I ever found it too.

You could always give up work and go on benefits. Then you'd have all the time in the world to do please yourself. Watching tv, in bed until late, shopping trips to Primarni and trips to the pub. You might even meet the love of your life en-route...

That is actually a very logical and sensible lifestyle approach to make.
It's a lifestyle that millions of people are happy enough with.
I wonder if I've got a bit too much stubborn self pride to want to give up my comfortable but not extravagant middle-class lifestyle?
