Rockabillyrouge: Nah, it's not sour grapes, I enjoy a laugh as much as anyone, I just dont see the point of a person joining a dating site if their only purpose is to chat, and then they complain that their being pestered by player's, timewaster's etc. There are plenty of chat sites around where people wont be pestered with player's, timewaster's etc. Lots of people have made good friends on here, and I'm all in favour of making friends etc, but at the end of the day, this is a dating site.

When we join CS, they give us the choice in our profile to check a box for the kind of relationship we are looking for. One of those choices is Penpal/Talk. You can even have an Intimate Encouter if that's all you're here for. I would think if CS has the choice in their program then it must be okey dokey to just hang around and chew the fat.

To be honest, and at the risk of offending some people (which is NOT my intention), if people just want to chat and gossip, why dont they join a normal forum instead of joining dating sites. I joined this site with the hope of meeting someone but I'm at the point now where I think I will close down my profile because it's a complete waste of time trying to meet anyone on here.
