I usually control it pretty well because I CHANNEL ot through the gym..
but if I start to bare teeth...stay away from me.

Happens about twice a year.
Came close today while working ..I felt egged on ..but didn't happen.

and when that happens...again... its stay away from me..

I did when I was younger, but I wouldn't put up with someone like that now. It was scary and lasted too long, police were involved, court etc. Getting out is hard and scary but well worth it.

I have noticed though that a lot of your posts sound pretty aggressive and perhaps angry (on various threads)... and those cover more than 2 days in the last month or so.

At least I let it out,,and don't suppress it..I'm talking more along the lines of somebody who puts a finger on a family member or treats them badly...more so finding out somebody treatd somebody in my family badly..type of angry.

Suppressing isn't good. I know all about that. However, there is a time and place and appropriate method (which differs from person to person).
As to having someone hurt someone I care about. Oh yeah, that gets me angry. Then again, most of the people I care about can handle that sort of thing themselves.
And physical violence never comes into play for me. I can really rip them apart with carefully chosen words -- I'm talented that way. That kind of retribution tends to be more damaging for a longer period of time. Plus it doesn't involve possible jail time. Best of both worlds really.
