I wouldn't add anyone to fb just to see if they're real, I use a second sim card for that.
Tineye is useful for checking whether a pic is fake.

Dont see that it necessary to be honest, they are so easily spotted without the help.
Block and delete, I do it at lease 6 times a day.

I honestly don't know what the situation is now but used to be on another site several years ago.
I'd say they seemed more sophisticated back then. Now they seem to use same template more or less. Or is it just one busy bee?
