As far as I can see, the thread title (Can Somebody Please Explain This?) uses no member username. The other info you mentioned may be accurate, I agree, however, since the club does suggest that a concern be brought up, (this is stated in various areas) then how/why could one do so without breaking a rule, if you know what I'm saying.
