boomboom_uk: I loved it...what a proposal,he is romantic...spontanious ..fun loving and so obviously in love with her I think after 3 yrs together he knew what he was doing as did her family and knew she would see the funny side of it or he wouldnt have done it..
This wasn't the only prank on the show. I saw the whole show. Seeing just the video doesn't let you see the preparation that went into this. I agree that her family wouldn't have agreed to this if they didn't think she would take it well. Doubt seriously that he would have taken the chance if he didn't think she could take it. Besides, she cried but there weren't any real tears and that's because they were actors. It's a tv show.

Cringeworthy is right and I managed to make it through to the end.Some people thrive on drama and pain.It seems to be their mission in life.Personally I prefer peace and happiness without any of the pain if it is possible.
I wish them happily ever after,but I have a feeling that there will not be much happiness with the constant need for all this drama.

Hi Summer. The show is the reverse the this new show called "Coming Home" which is a surprise for either a veteran coming home or the reverse, a surprise for his family.This show with the wedding is very much like Ashton Kucher when he pulls pranks on people.
I wouldn't want this prank done to me because people in my life know that I wouldn't take it well. Her family knows her well and so does her boyfriend as they had been dating for years. That's why it was a big surprise to her that he wanted to get married. Reality shows are a dime a dozen.
A woman's wedding day is probably the biggest day of her life with the exception of giving birth. How many women would be as agreeable as she portrayed to getting married in that white rag.

Yes Boom, they are actors. The Black Eyed Peas did a prank on Oprah when they had 1000's of people to dancing in the streets of Chicago. It took alot of preparation to do that the same as this wedding. Howie Mandel explains it in the beginning of the show but you don't see that in the video cause they did the video for shock value.
I imagine that they had a real wedding sometime after that. The groom wanted to surprise her that he loved her enough to marry her because they had been dating for years and like every other girl, she was hoping that someday he would pop the question.
I didn't like the other girl coming into it but the show got what they wanted and that was ratings.

Because if that happened, you would definately have to make him move to Spain!

I had the Big day the expensive Big white dress, the reception in a Big manor house etc etc etc The build up to it was sooooooo bloody stressful and traumatic then the day itself was filled with worrying that something would go wrong or that the guests wouldn't be enjoying it lol I didn't enjoy it one little bit
I'd Love a big surprise like that and I'm not huge on surprises but I think thats different... Other people (who know me) collaberating on a big day just for me and a day where all I had to do was just enjoy and have fun... sheeeesh Bring it on
