Romance is when you take a woman out on a date she will never in her life ever forget, such as a candlelight dinner at Olive Garden followed by a Limo Ride to a beach to watch a sunset and then after that a movie to end the night who knows might be more dates to follow if you sweep her off her feet lol

WRONG

The 2005 film "Sin City"
is without a doubt the most romantic film I've ever seen; and I've seen lots, from the past several decades.

It has all the elements of romance in the true sense of the word:
Heroes and Heroines; Real Men who save damsel's in distress.
3 all-or-nothing romances; all involving honorable men, and women who are to die for, and to kill for, even if that means literally.

1.) A man goes on a mission of revenge for the death of a woman (who was de-valued by society), who had touched him deeply during their brief encounter.

2.) An ex private detective defends the honor and safety of his new lady, while ensuring the safety and livlihood of a former lover; both of whom are threatened by a dangerous psychotic.

3. A tough cop sacrifices his career to protect a young girl's life and innocence; losing his reputation and freedom, but maintaining her safety.

All three of these heroes start their quests knowing they would risk death, but were honour bound to do so by their own codes of morality.

The 3 stories each have a romance more passionate and powerful than I've seen anywhere else.

I think there a lady or two out there who'd like to think that if she was in distress, that someone would come along and save her.

But in our current climate of ridiculing and belittling men, humilating-the-heroes, it leaves Women with no 'real men' to find, or to be found by.

My gal-pals say:
"Yes Women can rely on themselves, and other women; But, our femininity craves a real man from time to time. And SIN CITY abounds with 'real men'. "

"I do not have to give up my feminity to be equal, therefore I want a male hero; a 'real-man'>"

"Sin City" is a movie for real men, and real women.
