Green_Sleeves: Ok, just something I was thinking about.
Now, I know the ol' story when out on the town, whatever, its the general concensus that 'guy must approach girl' because the chances of 'girl approaching guy' are pretty slim.
I'm finding its the same here when contacting users, ie the guy has to initiate the contact (send first mail). Its like, I view someone, they view me........nothing........I wait.......well........ok, I'll send her a mail and there you go, start of a conversation! Get the odd mail now and then from the lady first, but I wish it'd happen more!!
Girls do you generaly wait for guys to write/contact you first?I'm going to bed, I'll expect lenghty detailed replies in the morning!

Ahh, ok. Thought as much. I have no trouble mailing but it'd be nice to have a lady initiate contact more often, be flattering infact

i generally mail first if i think we have things in common/have a chance sometimes i do wish men would mail me first but i guess men are sick of making the first move

What I find weird is that I've viewed some profiles and didnt write. Then they viewed me, but, didnt contact me, so then I figure I'll blast them off a mail and hey presto they are interested in chatting........so why didnt they just mail me in the first place?!!!

thats what i do.. but then certain rules disallow me.. ive made the 1st move plenty of times some never replied some do.. its how the game is my friend

ive no type so ive no standard.. i do know from a lads profile whether he'd be into me or not though.. so mail all sorts of guys.. im not looking for a connection im looking for someone who can hold a conversation wothout asking me what am i wearing or am i naughty

I love reading profiles, the more info the better, sure, obviously a great pic is an eye catcher but if I dont like what I read (even if she is a stunning lady) then I dont message her, what'd be the point.
