Well, the geese brought them along in flight hoping to use the fabric in their nests but when they arrived, they discovered that the lace was actually edible. Hence the reason why they were dropped into the bush.

montemonte: That's a wonderful story Trigs and I thank you for it. It actually reminds me of the kind of love I would want IF I ever fell in love again.
Everybody has seen the movie The Notebook. And most remember the scene towards the end of the movie when she goes back to the house he built. They go out for a rowboat ride and it starts to rain so they rush back to shore. She's about to leave and he says "I wrote to you everyday". She's surprised cause she never got a letter from him. Her wicked mother hid all the letters from her. He says "It wasn't over and it's still not over" (my favorite line from any movie. They embrace and the kiss of passion comes over them. That's the kind of love I want if I ever love again.
I'm one of those who hasn't seen the notebook but now I'll have to...I'll have plenty of time to catch up on many things I've missed out on. Love is out there if we keep an open mind and heart.
