I have had a broken heart too Rabbits and the best cure i found was to make sense of what just bloody well happened that I should have to feel that way
... after much rehashing as to what went down and what my part was within the relationship, I came to realise that I had completely ignored what my "gut feeling" was telling me all along... the answers were not in my head and/or in my heart... the real answers were revealed by being aware of what my gut feelings were and not trusting my gut feelings 100% to guide me... you know... the all knowing part in us that we often choose to ignore
Anyway... It works for me and my reward is I get to move forward and really learn something about myself!!
These days I never ever question my gut feelings and always trust myself totally, regardless of what I'm up against!!

There is no such thing as a broken heart. A broken heart cant keep beating, but if you think yours might be broken, we have some wonderful heart surgeons nowdays who can perform great miracles,but if you dont like to get cut up, heal the mind first, heart and mind work together.
