Yep. Bananas are crammed with potassium, and sweet too for the low sugar issue after a feed of drink.

Rude or not, it's everyone's own perogotive to choose who they reply to, or not, for whatever reason. Same goes for the forums.
I'm just glad I'm not universally ignored at all times.
