to avoid a hangover have a decent meal in your stomach before you go drinking.. durin the night out have a glass off water after 2 or 3 drinks and then again after another 2 or 3 and a glass before you go to bed.. also mixing drinks is bad.. theres some tips

yep, think we all get them Tusie, I brought the kids the pheonix Park 4 awhile 2day and there was loving couples all over the place, just lying out on the grass enjoying the sun and each others company, made me miss being part of a couple
