Warning bells starts ringing everywhere,-and no wonder.... But of course, not the form of colonisation that Africa´s been thru,in previous times, rather a "milder" form,-an "administration",not in order to exploit and conquer,-but to help.....
Since decades of massive aid hasn´t helped great parts of Africe,in fact, even worsen it,-maybe it´s time to do something new..But what?
This writes Mohammed Hussein,(newsmill.se),in a splendid article....
He should know,as he´s from the Horn of Africa, and an expert on human rights.....
We all know what´s the situation like on the African Horn, worst drought in 60 yrs,and some estimations are counting on 10.000´s of death´s,if help don´t arrive immiadetely..Of course,-that will only bring relief for some time,-and then?
M.Hussein makes it very clear and simple in his article,-aid "as we know it",won´t help to build up sustainable and progressing nations,-it´s been a failure so far,-according to him...
What he presents,is not only an idea of military intervention, but also military presence by outside forces for a long time to come. And also,-a civil administration,-by "outsiders"....In other words,a form of colonisation.....
UN´s millenium goal,to half the global famine, has not worked out well,-and has he writes:"The political will to REALLY solve the problems are missing"
Why,-well...I don´t know,-but there´s probably reasons for it....
There´s many reasons for famine,-but-he clearly points out,-the main reasons are the neverending conflicts,and-the political unwillingness,-to deal with this....
And how can you solve the problems, when the lions part of the aid, actually is spent on military, equipment, soldiers aso....
That´s exactly what´s going on in Soamlia,(al-Shaabab),and also in the Ethiopian Ogaden Province,or the eastern or northern parts of Kenya, just to name a few....
So Mr.Hussein calls for more drastic,or even radical solutions,to once&for all end this misery.....
Yes,-infected and controversial as this idea is......,he still figures that this milder form of colonisation is the answer...
montecito: Bet you wouldn't have the nerve to say that right to the face of an African-American.
you're always wanting to bet against my nerve...don't worry one way or the other about my nerve little miss perfect...i've had more nerve than that...you have no ideal what i've seen or done...so save your money...don't throw it away on a losing bet...

Well before I only thought you were a disgusting individual when you made the comment about Jews being in the ashtrays of Germans.
Now I know it for sure. Here's to you and your nerve..
I'll keep my fingers crossed that you don't run into the wrong person someday when your filthy mouth says the wrong thing to the right person...
