What does it really matter. I don't particularly care to see people let their kids get piercings in places they shouldn't but not my place to say anything. No difference in either one.

My son has been making his own decisions since he was 18yrs old and is now 29 and it's up to him what he chooses to wear.

That statement/question is offensive to me. You're kids are grown they can do as they please. I still have a 10 year old to deal with. You need to let people raise their own the way they see fit. If I decide to have my kid wear a cross necklace then that's my prerogative. You don't like it so what. I was also trying to be respectful. I was discussing it until you came back with this.
