Envy51: I love Kinsale .............. i visited there quite a few times, stayed in Kieran`s Folk House....... best fish & chips i had in Ireland was in a place across the road from Kiernan`s and i meet Keith Floyd R.I.P a few times in The Spinnaker ..... (Lovel food there too )

Dont mind the cats, there used to dogs, and ill leave a feeding routine you can follow, oh and one last thing, no dogs on the beds....Thanks a million...

Kinsale is beautiful. Best food in Ireland
Every year in Sept they have a weekend of gastromic delights. E 100 for the day and its free drink and food all day. You have a selection of starters in one venue and move to another venue for the main courses and so on. They all try to outdo each other
and I know it sounds expensive but I believe its well worth it. Huge variety of dishes.Keith Floyd was the man all right

Envy51: For me ........ Muckross House in Killarney for the summer months ...and if money was no object i would spread the rest of the year between New York, Lucerne, Puerto Rico and Mogan (In Grand Canaria) and Provence .........and a lot of places i have yet to see........

Manhattan, Manhattan, Manhattan...cos I love it and I have good friends there.
If money was no object I would have an apartment in Manhattan.
I would never forsake Donegal though. Even in all kinds of weather you cannot beat a walk on Rossnowlagh Beach...yes I am one of those profile people who likes to walk on the beach
Luckily I am a true Culchie who does not mind living in the country.
Would also spend some time during the year in New Orleans...just cos it is great craic and lots of interesting people.
WHEN (not IF! cos I am an optimist!) I win the lottery I will have a base in Manhattan and in Donegal and the rest of the time I will just travel around wherever the notion takes me
