ooby_dooby: Yeah right! Bill Clinton was a consumate politician. It wasn't his style to get wrapped up in a no win situation. Jimmy Carter did that and look where it got him.

It got him the same boat that Obama is currently in. One term.

I haven't got the exact figure, but Jimmy Kimmel had a skit about it last night. An overwhelming majority of people prefer a "generic Republican" over Obama in 2012. The characterization of "generic republican" in the skit was alarmingly Mitt-like. laugh

you know what bugs me? it is that the democrats have a knack to smear a person base on allegations and hersay.this is what happening now. the democrats are using these classless and golddigging women to keep this man from being elected to the presidency. the democrats would go to great links to prevent this nation to have a president that know how to run this nation and to promote good morals. if you are black or hispanic and a democrat it is alright to run for office but at the same time if you are black or hispanic and is a conservative then it is not right to run for office and is likely to be called uncle tom, sambo,a sellout or a greaser. the democrats always screan raciasm but in turn use racisam to prevent minorities who are conservative. all this is raciasm and a smear campiagn to keep that person who has a skelotons in his closet in office. by skeletons i mean he did drugs, had an affair with another woman, keep company with terrorists like bill ayers, a preacher who is anti-white and anti-jewish,having lavish parties in the white house at the expence of the american taxpayers, wants to downsize our defence. this president don't give a darn about the well being of our nation and want to live the high life by taking the american taxpayer all they have. these people must have a room in their with a photo of the president and pray to that man. they believe that obama's a god and they worship him. this man is not a uniter but a divider and if he gets 4 more years then this nation will have a civil war on its hands. the protesters are being egged on by this president and the liberal media to go after everybody that is well to do. by this he is not friendly to capitalism but is friendly to socialism. he also wants to take away everybodys firearms in this nation. to put it simply he is a second josef stalin

Today, he added that he never extended such an invitation.

Cain denied Monday that he was aware of a settlement between the two accusers and the National Restaurant Association, but his story changed as the day evolved.

“If the Restaurant Association did a settlement, I wasn’t aware of it, and I hope it wasn’t much because nothing happened,” Cain said in a Fox News interview, and repeated the same line at the National Press Club later that afternoon.

But in the interview later in the evening with PBS, the Tea Party star said he was, in fact, aware of a deal.

“I was aware that an agreement was reached. The word ‘settlement’ versus the word ‘agreement,’ you know, I’m not sure what they called it. I know that there was some sort of agreement, but because it ended up being minimal, they didn’t have to bring it to me,” Cain told PBS’ Woodruff.

Cain blamed the discrepancy on the wording and the difference between a “settlement” and “agreement.”

“When I first heard the term settlement I thought the legal term,” Cain said on Fox News today. “My recollection was it was an agreement… I didn’t think there was a legal settlement but an agreement.”

The former businessman has described the story, first reported by Politico, as a distraction and a “witch hunt” created by his competitors. He also accused the left of attacking him because of his race.

“I didn’t change my story. I simply got the wording right,” he told HLN’s Robin Meade today.

She really needs to quit chewing gum during interviews.(It gives her that bimbo look) Although she's welcome to show as much (. .) as she wants, it certainly doesn't enhance her case w/the general public at large.

Hell, if she's going to get some big bucks, I wouldn't mind being her handler. I'd work cheaper than Allred. grin
