John Burke also died today. He was one of the guys that developed a process for regrowing skin on burn victims. Before John Burke we relied on skin grafts to treat badly burned areas. He has probably helped ease the pain and recovery of millions in the past and many more millions in the future. RIP Professor Dude

According to an article from New York Times, "over the years, Frazier has lost a fortune through a combination of his own generosity and naïveté, his carousing, failed business opportunities and a deep hatred for his former chief boxing rival, Muhammad Ali."

In 1996, when Ali lit the Olympic flame in Atlanta, Frazier told a reporter that he would like to throw Ali into the fire.

I guess he didn't like the three beatings he took from Ali.
