Awww she´s so cute.
So, walking is the key. I do a lot of that every day so hopefully I´ll reap the benefits as she clearly has.
Sadly though, the article mentions her daughters whom she has outlived. That´s not so easy to deal with.

That's what struck me, that she outlived her daughters. Just the thought of burying your child is more then I could ever bear.

I got as far as a the photo before everything froze on me.
She looks fantastic. Fit, healthy, everything.
I gather from the other posts she out lived her daughters and I understand this must be a terrible thing to lose your children.
Assuming, however, her daughters lived to a good age themselves, imagine being there to watch over your children's entire lives.
Its the only thing that worries me about dying - not being there for my daughter, almost like abandoning her.

Its not easy loosing a parent but peope adapt and move on with their lives but at the same time dont forget those that have passed.

Losing any loved one is heartbreaking but losing a child must be unbearable.

Though late, I just came across this story...so inspiritual...I plan to live to 100 also..the Good Lord Willing

..course the walking sounds like a great recipe for longevity and the spice of life...I liked how she tried ballet at 63..woohoo
I'm returning to college for a 4 yr degree & taking up Kayak lessons from a retired school teacher...life doesn't stop, until your ole ticker does...might as well "stay in the game"
