Unfortunately there are a lot of people, male and female, in your position regarding work. It isn't your fault you're unemployed at the moment and if that affects womens attitudes towards you then perhaps they are not the right kind of woman for you anyway. Keeping your spirits up and broadening your social circle by volunteering or otherwise expanding your interests may help you meet more people.
