Frankinstien: When the mood strikes me I bake bread . It isn't diffacult just time consuming . Then take the hot loaf and a thick slice with butter . I can just about eat the whole thing . Leftovers will be french toast tomorrow .
I used to bake bread before my kids were born and you are right about eating nearly the whole loaf hot with butter. Good thing I do t do that anymore or I'd be big as a house.

Got a loaf of sourdough rising ( first of many rises ) in right now One of those nights i NEED my comfort food...and yes, gonna eat "most" of it all by myself with real butter and honey on it
I love soups, salads, stews and steaks yummy! Though nothing can beat the flavor of some sweet and sour pork ribs made at home mmmmm I so love it I could eat this every day
Lambchops (nice thick little lamb chops) done on the barbq to a nice medium rare with mint sauce and rosemary with some asparagus and sour dough bread. A really nice old white cheddar cheese for an appetizer with some green grapes and lots of ice cold water to quench my thirst...mmmmmmmmhmmmmmmm

I'll also go for a medium steak OR a thick pork chop with tender fried onions OR fried shrimp OR broiled salmon.
