Thanks guys am still reeling from the shock..only found out last night. Took police a couple of days to identify him as he had no i,d on him ,just in his running gear. must never judge a silence again, thought he done a runner of a different sort. But have still got all his lovely emails.

lovelylass3: Hi Guys met a really lovely guy on here and we clicked straight away, Turned out he used to be a neighbour and we never met. Things were travelling at high speed when a brick wall appeared. He emailed me a lovely note on friday then went out for a run and someone found him dead from a heart attack : sad_flower:
Lesson for the new year, accept love when it comes around with open arms, never know how it's going to end , but enjoy the special moments as they come. Love to all and may you find the sort of joy my man and I had for too short a time.

Oh, I am so sorry for your loss. This is why I do enjoy life to the fullest. I lost two close friends in December that I dearly loved. I am fortunate to have the love of my family and friends which is something that I treasure dearly. My thoughts are with you.

Thank you single4ever, yes it's the love of family and friends that get you through , I am so very sad for his kids he has left behind.. Doesn't matter that they are adults , he is still their dad,

You are so sweet. Guess I am so lucky , definitely Know he was thinking of me at least an hour before he died as that is when I got his last email. Saw him the night before and got a lovely phone call in the morning. Oh yes I was blessed
