I don't think they're necessarily unhappy or would want it any different but I sometimes tend to think something is missing and many would wish that something was part of their life, be it the biological parent or not.

I think u all don't know what ur talkin about... Yes these days it's more commen for single parents... But why look down on them???? Why feel sorry for them be cause of it???? From personal experience... I don't want and wouldn't want anyone to do that to me...
As a single mother of two... I don't think it's easy more hard... It's life... It's the life I chose for one reason or another... I don't regreat either of my baby's nor woul I change how it is.... My children are always safe and mostly always happy... But I know there are single parent who stuggle with life day to day with their kids... For one reason or another... It takes a lot of energy and will power to raise a child....
