People that decide to leave their shopping trolley in the middle of the aisle, so nobody can get past. Especially when they then stand alongside it to put their shopping in the trolley, and glare, should anyone try to move it so they can get past.

People who aren't coordinated enough to use turn signals when changing lanes or turning. Having to pay for fuel before you can fill up.

A group of people chatting on a sidewalk, taking all the room and oblivious to others need to get past them.
Someone using my tools and not even have the courtesy to take them back where they belong.
Someone who judges me without even taking the time to talk to me, let alone know me.
People who think it's okay for their dog to crap all over the sidewalks and not pick it up.
A police officer who breaks the speed limit.
A coworker who has time to watch me work and then reports to the boss that I'm not working.
Someone I don't know who calls me on my cell phone and asks ME who I am!

I work in a maintenance department and it bugs the hell out of me when someone is too lazy to properly roll up a hose or extension chord. Trying to untangle this mess takes up too much time and is annoying.
