Welcome to the internet.
People can do or say just about anything ,and unfortunately usually do.
I don't think there's anything crazy about wanting to marry a beautiful young lady who has a good job and is into sports. Seems quite logical to me. Talking about marriage and children is a bit premature in an introductory letter as at that stage there's no way of knowing if you have compatible personalities or not. Maybe these guys just aren't very good at writing introductory letters?
And as for meeting up with people who live in foreign countries? Well that's no big problem. All they have to do is hop on plane and come on over.

Yeah i get them as well,i just thing they are scams..
Thats the internet though i think,i cant see why people who are interested cant just chat normally and go from there..

It takes time..you've just gotta sort the good mail from the bad!
just have a laugh in the forums and get to know people then you can take it from there.

Unfortunately most people seem to be clueless how to approach strangers on the internet. I am also not very good at it, to be honest. Just remember that there are nice men out there who might be too shy to message you and might also not know what to say.

Those that don't live in the UK asking for a meet. Simple way for that, and you get a free flight as well.
Make them pay for a return ticket to their location, and then just have a nice holiday at their expense
