I have and found the samething....people dont waste time its set up meetings asap and see if there is a connection....found some try moving tooo fast...thought this would be good change but wonder alot sometimes

PacificGull: I recently paid on a dating site and I must admit that it was a totally different experience. I got lots of genuine replies and hardly any scammers even though I came to the conclusion that I think I want to stay single for a while until I feel ready to commit.
I was actually in shock at the all the replies'
I also came to the conclusion that free sites attract a lot of strange people because they know that its free and that they can say anything and get away with with it including misrepresenting themselves with pics and text'
If you havent tried a paid site I would recommend it as you will get responses from people who dont want to waste thier time or money.
Im not saying thier all good but your feedback on this forum would be interesting.

I was on MSN and could not always see who had paid up . This site you don't have to pay to be scammed and the mods sort out most if they are told . This is more than most dating will ever be .I was actually in shock at the all the replies'

I have been on paying dating sites a few years ago. Yes you do get "contacts" and people do write to you. I met a few of the people but didn´t lead any where. People are even more likely to mis-represent themselves on a paying site because they want to hook up as quickly as possible to stop paying.
You won´t really know till you´ve been there for a while if it´s trully better than CS

I would never in my life pay for dating, I have been on another couple of free sites in different countries and there were ZERO, no scammers at all. because those sites were on different languages than english, scammers doesn't seem to know other languages. To me CS is the best english speaking site because of the blogs and forums.

Sorry, but paid sites are NO better than this one. That has been my experience. I have been on paid sites before. On 1 paid site I was on I blocked over 500, yes over 500 guys in just 3 months! I have been here for over a year now and I have only blocked about 100.
And I don't get a lot of scammers.

I only paid once and it was on a site where free members can communicate with paid members. The one month I did pay I got flooded with scam mails from Africa and eastern Europe. Never anyone close.
Also on most paid sites you'll find no one can reply back to your msgs unless they also pay. With all the different sites advertising and competing against each other, you may have little chance of finding anyone within 100 miles on those sites unless you are in a big city.
On the free sites I do use everyone nearby seems real and I have had nice dates. You can check them out on facebook if you type "free BBW dating sites" into the search bar at the top of your FB page. You will find a good page about BBW and regular dating sites.

In the past i paid a few times just for a trial on paid sites, amazing how many responses received yet when pay full membership they seem to vanish! It is better to search different sites and put a little homework in though now myself found too many scammers on either sadly so just prefer friends and even that is risky!
