Michael Lynagh is an Australian Rugby Legend who played 72 games for Australia and sadly on a visit to his home town of Brisbane from London where he now lives, he suffered a serious stroke at the young age of 48.
It got me thinking, here is a super fit human being who has had a stroke, how can that be?
The next 72 hrs are critical in his recovery and I wish him and his family all the best.

Another example of none of us knowing what's around the corner We go along day-to-day doing our thing then whammo!
We really need to get on with it, do what we want to do for ourselves, not in two or five years but as soon as the opportunity presents itself as we may not have a tomorrow.
Live life large, don't listen to the naysayers, just go do it and savour every moment
Best wishes for a speedy recovery to this gentleman and his family

That's exactly right Serene. I work for a predominantly aged care organisation but we also assist people with long term health problems of any age. And I see it every day and I count my blessings.
I know one thing, it doesn't matter how many millions of dollars you have - if you don't have good health, you've got nothing??
So, yes, smell the roses, make the most of what you've got and any opportunities that come your way, don't put off that 'bucket list' for tomorrow - do it today!
