No! Love knows no boundaries or class distinctions. Chemistry has alot to do with it and you can take any two people from any two nations or different races and if the chemistry and connection is in synch love can abound.
However I'll put a disclaimer out here. We each have our personal preferences and priorities and as such tend to seek out those for compatibility from locales we show a liking and propensity towards. I personally have certain countries I would consider a significant other from and I have a list of countries I would not give a second glance towards. It's just the way of the world.
