Got letter in the post this morning to say the place I deferred in 2010 for College is still there for me..............
I always said I wanted to go back but now that I have to let them know in the next few days I'm confused and all over the place.
Would you do it if you had been out for a few years, had a young child and had to do a 80 mile round trip every day.[/quote
Go for it girl, my daughter is 28, she went back last yr after 4 yrs out of college to do her higher degree, thats along with working 24 hr shifts at work sometimes and having 2 kids under 5, have to say though that she didnt have to travel as much as you, all this from the girl that dropped out of school after her Junior Cert and went back again at 18 to do her Leaving Cert.
Go for it and dont have regrets in yrs to come, good luck girl.

If the grant comes through and it is possible for you to do the course, Annie, then grab your chance. These things come round for a reason. Don't wait and have regrets later.
