Soap (bar of soap) that is made for the outside. just in case someone takes you serious. If you so want to clean your insides you can start by reading up on "Ginger Root" and see the amounts and what you will add it to. Also just keep it as a regular part of your diet but maybe not as strong as when you are cleansing. It is even known to increase blood circulation and help with the lungs. There are other natural things you can use as well...but please dont hurt your body eating soap.
