I think you'll find that eid is celebrated by muslims in different countries, but non-muslim countries does not recognise this as a public holiday.

yes Ali, were pretty multi-cultural in vancouver, B.C.; with a large community of muslim folks (at least 80,000). so yes there are folks that celebrate Eid here. there were many celebrations here you can be sure...grin.
