no kidding--really. Oats, bran, some fruits, avacados, etc..., fish, all good for your heart. Keep hydrated! A health reminder: very very hot or very very cold foods don't digest well. A word of warning----motorcycle

as a answer...(There is nothing wrong with playing the drums fordancing @35 minutes or so!) It is very good excerise & really helps to burn out the carbon... professor

As for food,nothing really...Exercise will do it!

The food doesnt go thru the heart,rather the liver,-that you should be concerned about.....

So to prevent heart disease(exactly what do you mean),has not much to do with what you eat,but how you live.....

A good start....exercise..and let the blood pump...
