Mate of mine is a Garda and says they'd usually stop someone that's about 4k over the limit, depends on the area though

What I love (not) are the 80's drivers, not because they were born in the 80's or passed their test in the 80's, or are even in their 80's.
I call them that, because they drive at that speed regardless of whether it is a 120, 100, 80, 60 or 50 zone.
Now those people have no clue what-so-ever what a speed limit is.
