These ingredients are found mostly in "Diet Soda". They can also be found in regular soda in some cases so it's important to read the label. These sweeteners are also finding their way into other foods. It's getting to the point where it's hard to get away from this garbage. You need to protect yourself because big brother wont do it for you, all processed food manufacturers are interested in is your money, not you health.
The irony of all these "diet" 0 calorie chemical sweeteners is that they wont help you lose weight, in fact they do just the opposite. They are suspected in being at the root of the obesity epidemic that is infecting the western world.
Think about this: People who drink diet soda are fat, people who don't drink diet soda are thin. Shouldn't it be the other way around?

Aspartame actually is said to be KaaKaa of some bacteria! Now, I don't know if it is bacterial faeces as they say, but bacteria is involved in production.
I cant stand those artificial sweeteners, I can immediately tell if they get anywhere near me. I have never drank or eaten diet foods. As far as Soda I stopped drinking that about 10 years ago and about 2 years ago stopped drinking things like Gatorade and just stuck to water. If I am being real good then I fix fresh juice from fruits and vegetables. I guess the Coffee Lattes are the one thing that is my downfall...but it is not so bad considering all the things out there. ;-}

I have a can of soda once a week but it is sweetened with agave juice concentrate. It is delicious, made with lemon juice, it is sweet and a little bit tart. It is sold in the healthy food shop. Just can't resist when I am passing by.

Sounds tasty! When I made certain changes in my food or liquid intake I simply did it to benefit my own personal needs, I would never expect others to follow my personal choices. I will sometimes have a coke if I am out with someone having a meal,(very rare) The diet stuff though seems to have some property that I sense and just can't stand it, funny how our bodies react to things differently as individuals. I had a client that drank 4 liters of diet soda a day. It was like he was absorbed by it...I think it was drinking him instead! LOL.
