i was'nt heavy enough on it to keep a diary, a binge drinker, twice 3 times a week. although enough to call it a problem gettin worse

Yeah the binge drinking can be a nightmare, i do be at it myself and have done since i was about 16, i don't drink on my own though and it's not a problem, i just have friends with the same party lifestyle that can lead to session going on for days, used to be at it every weekend but getting too old for that now
If it's a problem then the best thing to do is get new mates and distance yourself from the heavy drinkers

I think as you get older you grow out of it. Up until I was 30 I would drink Thursday night, Friday night, a;; day Saturday and all day Sunday. I can't do that anymore. I am not physically able to get up out of bed if I try.
I have the odd weekend session now but it's normally when I head over to Manchester of go to a gig in the summer.
What all this moaning about???
