while public voting isn't important to me, i must say that i am appalled that people down-vote others because of their race or ethnic groups. wow, the more things change the more they remain the same.

Where, what, who, when, I don't get it?
Here in Canada we have politicians, public figures, and celebrities of every colour, creed, and ethnic background you could imagine. I'm sure a few of them might even be aliens.

Yes, it is pretty disgusting! Ninety Eight percent (98%!) of American Blacks who were polled on exiting from voting admitted that they voted for Obama simply because he was Black.

wow didnt know that was going on in kingston Its a shame when people would be more worried about a stupid skin color instead of the job someone can do making a better country How stupid is that

What I find most shocking is how you can assert something with no proof, theory or even example to an audience whom, largely(being White), would have no experience of what you're talking about only for some to first, quite laughably, agree with you and for others to then carry on the thread by trying to comprehend or justify the assertion.
What makes the Whites act in such an irrational and humiliating way? It's like they're possessed by some entity, hypnotised or victims of some kind of brain-wipe, no that's wrong, mind-sponge.

This reminds me of something that took place when I used to live in S.Cal.
During a conversation with a very nice African American man he was talking about how some people made some negative comments regarding his skin color.
Well he asked me what I saw when I looked at him.I replied that I saw a human being with feelings. He gave me the strangest look and said that I was the first white person to tell him that when he had asked them the very same question he had asked me.He told me that if more people like me looked past the color of someones skin that the world may be a lot better place. That some people are usually fearful of someone or something different. But are we different?
